April 15th, Tuesday – Left, Right, Center Dice Game 4:00. (A reminder that Wednesday March 26th is this month’s Left, Right, Center Game, also at 4:00)
April 25th, Friday – Will be our end of Season event celebrating both April and May birthdays along with Denise Marie Entertainment. Festivities begin at 5:00.

A second load of mulch has been dropped and needs to be dispersed to those areas needing a bit more coverage. If you are able and available to assist with distributing and spreading mulch, please meet us at the West End gate on Sunday, March 9th at 9:00a.m.
Appreciate any assistance, and don’t forget to Spring forward for Daylight Savings Time.
This month we have one Happy Hour on the calendar. March 15th is the date, … and please note this will be held on “Saturday” and not our usual Friday event.
On the 15th, and starting at 5:00p.m., we will celebrate our March Birthday folks. Denise Marie Entertainment will assist in the celebration with lively music, songs and dancing!!
We will use this fun filled opportunity to also extend well wishes to our dear friend Kate Hitt as she embarks on a new chapter in her life. Kate is leaving our Magdalena Garden community to head north to the Villages. Sad for us as we will sincerely miss her, but good for the Villages as they are getting our beautiful and fun loving friend.
Wednesday, March 26th, is another round of our favorite dice game, Left Right Center! 4:00 is the time to be there.

In the past few days, over 750 bags of mulch were delivered and then spread over the outside perimeter of Magdalena Gardens, as well as the interior doorway gardens and peninsulas.
A proud shout out and many thanks to Scott Klockow and the team of volunteers for their time and the labor involved with this huge task. Your efforts are truly appreciated!!
Scott will perform a final walk-through to note those areas in need of another bag or two of mulch. We also hope to mulch around the tree base in the open green space and will confirm after a quick check of our landscaping budget.
Thanks again everyone! The mulched areas certainly complement our overall newly renovated appearance!

Just a reminder that this Friday’s Happy Hour (February 28th) will include our talented friends DJ Denise Marie Entertainment. The fun starts as 5:00. Bring a dish to share along with your beverage(s) for the evening. Music starts at 6:00 p.m.

If you were not able to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, February 18th, please be advised that we have completed our Hurricane Ian restoration.
I’m sure we can all agree that the process was long and at times interrupting; but I also believe we can agree that the buildings in our development with their new roofs, fresh paint and repairs look beautiful once again! We thank everyone involved for their time and patience!
This week, a truckload of mulch was delivered – so its time to address our landscaping needs. As we have done in the past, and being cost-minded, we are looking for volunteers to help with spreading mulch.
Scott Klockow is spearheading this project. A sign-up sheet has been posted in the pool house. If you are able to volunteer your help, please add your name to the sign-up sheet along with your availability. We are looking at a March 1st work day and will start with the exterior of our association first. Once that is completed, we will then address the interiors.
Please let Scott know your availability via the sign-up sheet no later than Sunday, February 23rd. Details to follow as we get closer to the March 1st date.
Just a reminder that The Annual Membership Meeting of the Magdalena Gardens Condominium Association will be held poolside tomorrow, February 18, 2025 at 4:00p.m. Please make every effort to attend this meeting as your input is very important.
Please bring your completed Limited Proxy form as well as your completed Vehicle Registration Form. These forms are a MUST, as the proxy form will be used to establish your presence and cast your vote to the questions outlined on the form.
Plus, it’s been awhile since we’ve updated our resident vehicle list, so we ask that you complete this form and bring it to the meeting.
Pizza and salad will follow the meeting, as well as another fun and friendly game of Left Right Center.
