Q: How many parking spots does each unit have?
A: Each Unit has one parking space inside the garage and one parking space in front of the garage.

Q: How do I report someone who is violating the guest parking policy?
A:  If the parking permit has expired or is absent, inform the property manager of the suspected violation, providing details on the vehicle and offending unit (if known).

Q:  Where should an occupant park if they have requested and been denied permission to use guest parking?
A:  Occupants must park in their garage, in front of their garage, arrange to park at a neighbor condo, or park off the property.

Q:  Can the Board rescind an occupants permission to use guest parking?
A:  Permission can be revoked at any time since guest parking is primarily for the use of guests and guests always come first.

Q: What will happen to an occupant who uses guest parking without permission?
A: A complaint to the property manager will result in a letter being sent to remedy, multiple letters will result in a fine.

Q:  If I allow a neighbor to park in my driveway and the asphalt is damaged, who will the association charge for repairs?
A:  The owner of the unit who lent out their driveway would be asked to pay for damages.
