The Board of Directors meeting for May will be on Tuesday, 5/19/2026 at 9:00 a.m (EST). April 2026 Financials and Reserve Report are available for viewing under the Magdalena Gardens Owners Tab/Financials/2026 Financials.

At this years February 24th Annual Membership Meeting, it was decided, by a majority of votes, that we would terminate our cable contract with Comcast as of July 31, 2026.

Going forward, owners can either secure their own contract through Comcast, or pursue other options.

Cable equipment can be returned to any Xfinity store or UPS location.

Just a reminder that today, Friday, April 24th at 4:00 will be our final happy hour of the season. Hope to see you there!
