May 2026 Financials and Reserve Report are available for viewing under the Magdalena Gardens Owners Tab/Financials/2026 Financials.

Two emails were sent out this morning announcing May’s upcoming Board Meeting including a link to the agenda. Please disregard first email sent as agenda did not link to the website. Second email links to the agenda. Apologize for any confusion.

The Board of Directors meeting for May will be on Tuesday, 5/19/2026 at 9:00 a.m (EST). You may join the meeting in person at Star Hospitality Management, 26530 Mallard Way, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, phone, or via Zoom. The link is located under the Owners tab, Protected: Codes/Login. April 2026 Financials and Reserve Report are available for viewing under the Magdalena Gardens Owners Tab/Financials/2026 Financials.

At this years February 24th Annual Membership Meeting, it was decided, by a majority of votes, that we would terminate our cable contract with Comcast as of July 31, 2026.

Going forward, owners can either secure their own contract through Comcast, or pursue other options.

Cable equipment can be returned to any Xfinity store or UPS location.

Just a reminder that today, Friday, April 24th at 4:00 will be our final happy hour of the season. Hope to see you there!
