Punta Gorda Post Office
Procedure for Lost Mailbox Keys or Broken Mailbox Lock
Call 941-639-7016 (USPS in Punta Gorda). Give them your address. They will change the lock within a few days. You will get a call to go to the post office in Punta Gorda when it’s done. Pay $35 and pickup 3 keys for your new lock.
February 2026 Financials are now ready for viewing under the Magdalena Gardens Owners Tab/Financials.
As you know, where we all gathered for the annual meeting on Tuesday, there will be no poolside happy hour this Friday, February 27th.
Therefore, our next poolside happy hour gathering will be Saturday, March 7th, starting at 3:00 p.m. We will celebrate March Birthdays with our friends from Denise Marie Entertainment. Bring your beverage of choice, a dish or snack to share, and heck, if the weathers nice lets make it a pool party – bring your swimsuit.
Keep in mind that glass bottles, glasses, or serving dishes are never allowed in the pool area.

Due to our annual meeting gathering on Tuesday, February 24th, we will postpone our February 27th Happy Hour gathering for a later day in March.

Just a reminder that The Annual Membership Meeting of the Magdalena Gardens Condominium Association will be held poolside, on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 4:00p.m. Please make every effort to attend this meeting as your input is very important.
Please bring your completed Limited Proxy form. This form is a MUST as it will be used to establish your presence, and to cast your vote to the question(s) outlined on the form.
Pizza and salad will follow the meeting. Bring a beverage of your choice; water will be provided.
