December 2025 Financials are now ready for viewing under the Magdalena Gardens owners tab.
Christmas Decorations will be coming down tomorrow morning, Monday, January 12th, at 9:00am. If you’re available and want to help, meet up at the West End Gate at 9:00am. Thanks!
A New Year brings new times to celebrate sun, fun, and friends here at Magdalena Gardens! What better way to celebrate 2026 than to gather poolside with beverages and a snack or side dish to share!
We will do just that on Friday, January 9th, from 4:00-7:00. And to kick it up a notch, we will have our friends from Denise Marie Entertainment join us at 5:00 to provide music and dancing.
Going forward, we will have pool happy hour every other Friday. Please remember no glass of any sort is allowed in the pool or cabana area. See you there.

We have a couple important items and dates to share with you.
On December 24, 2025, Sherry Danko of Star Management emailed to all, a copy of the 2026 Operating Budget and Reserve for our Association.
Also included in her email was the FIRST NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING, which will be held February 24, 2026 at 4:00pm. A SECOND NOTICE will follow providing additional information.
Additionally, Three (3) Board Seats will be available for the upcoming 2 year term. If you have an interest to run for an available seat, you must give written notice of your intent to Star Management on or before January 15, 2026. Instructions are all included in her December 24, 2025 email.
