A 2nd inspection was completed today. The following report was provided indicating we are no longer in violation.
She wrote “I did complete a site inspection of Magdalena Gardens property at 240 West End Dr. this morning and all the issues noted from the previous letter I sent on June 2, 2020 have been corrected, everything looks good. I have attached the passed 2020 fire safety inspection report for your records. Thank you for your continued efforts to maintain the safety of all residents on the property.
