It was brought to our attention that some owners are contacting our vendors directly to ask for services. All work performed, by our vendors (ie: landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.), must be approved by our board and our property manager. If you have a concern or need something repaired, replaced, or corrected, please send an email to Sherry Danko at Star Hospitality or you can call and leave a message. Thank you

The light switches in the Cabana bathrooms were changed and are now on a sensor. You no longer have to turn on the lights for the restrooms. This change will keep the lights off when not in use. Thank you!
The next pool party will be on Friday, April 28th. Come say goodbye to our Snowbirds as they head out for the summer! Bring a dish to pass and a beverage to enjoy! See you then!!

The annual membership meeting will be held at the poolside cabana on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 4 p.m. A packet was emailed and mailed out about the meeting along with several items to vote on. Your participation in the annual meeting is greatly appreciated and your vote matters!
