Magdalena Updates

  1. Three teams of inspectors completed the inspections of all units. This included windows, sliders, doors, interior walls, ceilings, roofs, and exteriors of all buildings. We would like to thank our unit owners and renters for allowing these inspectors access. We had 100% participation. These inspections get us one step closer to resolving our insurance claim for the damage we received by Hurricane Ian back in September.
  2. The gates have all been repaired and are functional. We are still waiting on some caps and a keypad cover. The gates will be closed for the summer and you will need to enter the key code, or use your remote to open the gates to enter Magdalena Gardens. You don’t need either to leave, as the gates automatically open upon exit.
