Telephone and Internet services via DSL are supplied by CenturyLink @ https://www.centurylink.com/home/ As of May 2021 they offer a maximum speed of 3 Mbps for internet (quite slow).

Internet and Telephone service via Coax Cable are offered by Comcast @ https://my.xfinity.com/ Digital Starter TV is included in the assessment fee. As of May 2021 they offer a maximum speed of 1200 Mbps for internet (very fast).

Water is included in the assessment fee and supplied by the City of Punta Gorda@ http://www.ci.punta-gorda.fl.us/services/water-waste-water

Trash removal is included in the assessment fee and provided by the City of Punta Gorda @ http://www.ci.punta-gorda.fl.us/services/sanitation
