Q: Are pets over 25 lbs permitted on the property?
A: No pet over 25 lbs is permitted on the property, including for short term visits, unless exempt.

Q: Are large service dogs and ESAs exempt?
A: Service dogs are always permitted but ESAs must obtain approval from the property manager before arriving.

Q:  Can an original owner have a large pet?
A:  No, although this was possible at the time the condo was built there are no remaining grandfathered pets.

Q: If I see a large pet on the property how do I know if it was approved?
A: Contact the Property Manager or ask a Board Member.
