Outdoor Lighting & Receptacles

Q:  Who maintains outdoor lighting?
A:  The Association changes outdoor light bulbs and non functional photocells.  Since several outdoor lights are controlled by a switch that is located inside the unit, a request must be sent to the property manager for new bulbs.  This includes the Lanai light (original fixtures only).

Q:  Who maintains outdoor receptacles?
A:  The Association repairs non operational outdoor receptacles.  This includes the receptacle located in the Lanai.  Occupants should first check to ensure the circuit breaker has not been tripped in the electrical panel and also any inline GFCI receptacles are operational.  In this regard, the one located inside the garage is connected to the one outside the garage making it so that the one outside will not work in cases where the one inside is tripped or broken.  If an outdoor receptacle remains non-operational after checking these two things, send a request to the property manager for repair.
